This year, with a new presentation, our younger grades will now get to enjoy Joel’s poetic brilliance! Seniors and SLAM POETS, will also have the amazing opportunity to workshop with Joel and his incredible creative process. POETRY WORKSHOP: You’re a Poet, Just Didn’t Know It

Poetry writing doesn’t have to be difficult. In fact, this session will not only have students writing poetry, they will LOVE doing it. Joel has been teaching poetry writing to students for over 15 years and has made a poetry convert of many. Join him as he works through a much easier way for students to find their own way into the writing of poetry.
